- We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or any financial credentials — these are handled entirely by Safaricom's secure systems
- All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through Safaricom's official M-Pesa API
- You will receive an M-Pesa confirmation SMS directly from Safaricom for every successful transaction
- Transaction records are retained for up to 7 years as required by Kenyan financial regulations
